Big Bear Headwear is a brand borne out of frustration of not being able to find a big hat that fits our big head.
We have experienced the pain of wearing hats that are too small, resulting in red marks and headaches.
You should celebrate being different. We celebrate those of us with big heads with big hats that small headed people will want to wear.
Standard hats from fashion brands usually fit heads up to 60cm in size. If your head is larger than this, then you’re out of luck.
That’s where Big Bear Headwear comes in. Our big hats are made for people who have bigger heads, fitting up to 64cm with ease.

We try to keep our operations as close to home as possible. That's why we design our big hats and source our packaging in Britain. We manufactured our big hats through trusted partners in Portugal.
Giving Back
It's important for every person to have access to the best opportunities. That's why we donate 10% of our profits to Community Kit Bag. A Not for Profit who aim to remove money as a barrier to playing sport. They provide affordable and free sports equipment to people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
