Big Bear Headwear is a brand borne out of frustration of not being able to find a big hat that fits our big heads.
We have experienced the pain of wearing hats that are too small, resulting in red marks and headaches.
Standard hats from fashion brands usually fit heads up to 60cm in size. If your head is larger than this, then you’re out of luck BUT not now with Big Bear Headwear.
That’s where Big Bear Headwear comes in. We make our hats for people who have big heads, fitting up to 64cm with ease.

The Big Bear Baseball Hat is the perfect accessory to make sure your big head looks good year round. It's adjustable with a snapback closure meaning heads from 60cm to 66cm should fit this hat. After years of trying the usual head wear from usual shops I started looking for what could be done and bought easily in the UK. After looking I found the Big Bear and bought the baseball cap .... Best purchase in a long time and fits bang on !!.
One other thing I would like to mention is that the baseball cap came well packaged and delivery via royal mail was good also .

I have always struggled to get hats that fit, forcing them onto my big head, or just not wearing them. This baseball hat fits perfectly, is very well made and comfortable. I genuinely let out a little giggle of joy when I put it on my head for the 1st time. Awesome
At last a hat that fits my head, even on the smallest setting. No red marks across my forehead when I take it off, no headache from it being too tight, room for air to circulate and help keep me cool, amazing.
And the quality is amazing too. Roll on winter so I can go for the woolly hat and, hopefully, one day they will make a flat cap too!
I have been one of the many that has been head shamed when buying a hat, always plagued with the pain that I can never buy a hats unless on the few trips to America where everything is XL. But the Big Bear hats have hit the nail with their baseball cap, fits perfectly as a hat should and doen't give you a headache as you squeeze it on. 100% recommend, had it whilst messing around on boats on the very windy west coast and the thing didn't even move.
